What happens if it rains the day of our shoot?
When the weather messes with our plans, we can either:
a) Reschedule with no additional fee
or
b) Change to a location better suited for inclimate weather (may have a fee, depending on location)
When can I expect my photos?
After our session, you can expect to receive your digital photos in about 2-3 weeks. When your photos are ready, you'll receive an email with a link to your photos so you can download them.
Do you edit your photos?
Yes. Every photo that you receive from us will have gone through post-processing so that it looks its best.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you're having too good of a time to want to stop! Other times, kids may be making things more difficult than planned. Whatever the reason, we're happy to extend your session in 30 minute increments for an additional fee.
What kind of gear do you use?
We use Nikon full frame DSLR and Mirrorless cameras and all of our cameras have dual card capabilities to substantially lower the risk of equipment failure.
Do I have to order prints through you?
With every package, you receive printing rights to print wherever you choose. However, we use the best photo printers in the country, so we strongly believe that we sell the best products. You can always schedule a free meeting (virtual or in person) to discuss the many options available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Our online payment processing is provided by PayPal, which has been a trusted online payment system for over 25 years.

How do you photograph weddings?
Our best work is capturing all of the candid little moments throughout your wedding day. Our photo style is a candid photojournalistic approach. We love being by your side throughout planning for your wedding day. We can help you organize your day to find the best moments for the couple photos, or the best ways to accomodate large group photos. On your wedding day, we'll capture the feelings, the mood, the emotions, and all the details that make your wedding unique.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We're based in Pittsburgh, PA USA, and yes we love to travel! We love visiting new places and meeting new people. Our cameras have been all over the world! A travel fee is required, but we will be happy to work with you to make it happen!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2-3 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
For a typical wedding, with full day coverage and two photographers, you can expect to receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images.
Will there be a second shooter?
It depends on which package you book. If a second photographer doesn't come with the package of your choice, they can always be added to the package for an additional fee.
