Hi, I'm Joe!


I have always had a passion for photography. From the moment I snuck away my parents' Polaroid camera to take pictures of my toys when I was 5, I was hooked. That year they bought me my first film camera (one that used the 110 film spools). In high school my dad got me my first Nikon SLR and I've been using Nikon ever since! Throughout high school and college, I took as many photography courses as I could. In the years following, I started doing band photography and then model photography. However, it wasn't until I started photographing weddings and families that I finally understood my purpose. As a photographer, I seek out those intimate and joyful moments; capturing the essence of every couple’s special day on camera. As much as I love weddings, I truly enjoy seeing my couples' families grow and capturing all of the new special moments in their lives.


I have over 15 years experience shooting professionally, but I still thrive in the challenge that each shoot brings.

Hi, I'm Miki!


I love photography because I believe that it has a magical power of transporting us back to the moments and it helps to bottle up the feelings that we don’t want to forget.  My work in photography draws from a passion for making genuine connections with people, and capturing the precious moments of my clients lives. When I had our son, I realized just how much I've always treasured being able to look at our own wonderful memories. Being able to help our clients look back on their memories is truly something that I'm very proud of.

About Us!


We met in the summer of 2016 shortly after Miki moved to Pittsburgh. We immediately clicked and made plans to hang out again and again! Our second time hanging out, I took Miki to the Point to hang out and take some pictures together. I realized that night just how much I loved making her laugh because of how much I treasured it. Miki loved the time she spent with me too, so in the months that followed, we began dating. We also began making beautiful memories and taking beautiful photos together. On our first anniversary, we went back to the Point and I surprised Miki by proposing to her.


In the summer of 2019, we married at another of our favorite spots, Phipps Conservatory. In 2020, we decided to embark on another journey together; Loop Photography. Our love for each other shows in the photos that we take.


We began the biggest adventure of our lives in 2023 with the birth of our son, Nico! We have a lot of fun just hanging out together and we know how fast this time goes by so we are enjoying it and making sure we have lots of photos of our own so we can always look back at our memories. :)
